Each year the Southeast Valley Area Chapter of WCR has funds budgeted for education reimbursements. During the year the money will be allocated to applicant members who fit thelisted criteria. If the budgeted amount is not awarded, the remaining funds will be placed back into the Scholarship fund for the following year.

To apply for a scholarship, the required information should be submitted to the Scholarship Committee chairperson by the listed deadline. The committee will meet to evaluate applications.

Please encourage all REALTORS and AFFILIATES to apply for education reimbursements.

1. You must be a National Realtor, National Affiliate or a Local Affiliate Member. You must be a "member in good standing."

2. In addition to being a member in our chapter for six months, you must meet the "member in good standing" criteria of the Southeast Valley Chapter of WCR which entails all of the following:

• Attend 50% of the monthly meetings in any calendar year, or 50% of the meetings since joining
• Participate in at least one fund-raiser activity or actively serve on a committee.

3. Proof must be provided to confirm that the course was paid for and completed by you. Only non-company reimbursed expenses will be considered.

4. Requests for reimbursement must be completed and turned in within 45 days from completion of the course date.

5. The following courses & meetings qualify for reimbursement:

• Any Performance Management Network(PMN) Course
• Any NAR Designation or Certification
• Any WCR Arizona State or Regional WCR meeting where attendance cost is involved

6. Reimbursement of up to $100 or cost per event (whichever is less). Maximum reimbursement is two events per member per year, not to exceed $200 or cost of the two events (whichever is less).

7. The total number of scholarships will not exceed yearly budget amounts.
